Hey, I’m Aaron.

I’m a mixed race and Queer therapist who supports Queer folks with feeling less anxious.

My Approach

Empathic

Your worry and anxiety can sometimes feel overwhelming- and maybe it's even been helpful in some facets of your life, but you're ready to move past it.

I believe our varying identities impact the way the world interacts with us, and how our mental health symptoms present. I view my therapeutic role as balancing support and action to nudge you into new patterns that better support you.

Strength Based

I help folks lean into self-acceptance, compassion, and move past barriers to achieve your therapeutic goals and get your life to where you want it to be. I also help identify what strengths you already have and how we can build on those to create lasting change.

What Clients are Saying

Working with Aaron changed my life. As a gay man navigating anxiety and challenges around alcohol use, I came to therapy looking for support — and I left with so much more.

Aaron has a unique gift for delivering critical insights in a way that’s both gentle and deeply effective. He offered thoughtful language and powerful tools that allowed me to understand myself better and care for myself in ways I didn’t know were possible.
— Jeff
Finding a therapist who not only understands but shares similar identities with me has been a game-changer, and Aaron embodies that perfectly. Aaron has a remarkable ability to balance holding space for me and being on my team, but also challenging me in the ways I needed so that I was able to grow as a person.
— KT
Aaron helped me through multiple challenging transitions in my life that were simultaneously occurring and compounding my anxieties. I developed strategies and a mindset to better cope with all of it. I can confidently say that, through my work with him, I am in a healthy place. He comes to every session with a warm, welcoming nature, but never hesitates to ask challenging questions that lead to real emotional and personal development.
